We have another trainee in school. This time, I am the mentor instead of the class teacher.

We held our first Review of Progress tonight. It is unusual working through Records of Lesson Observations looking for evidence. Normally I have a good understanding of my trainee's ability. I hope this trainee works out - there doesn't seem to be much passion and dedication so far.
